MVBKA Programme

We’ve put together the full programme events for the next 12 months.  Please put the dates in your diary now and more information will be available as the year progresses.

Thursday 7th December – AGM and Christmas Party at Warnford Hall from 7.30pm.  This year we have decided to combine the AGM with the Christmas party – serious business with some fun. The AGM is your chance to have your say about the way your association works and maybe even volunteer to come onto the committee or a sub group. Fleur (MVBKA Chair) will be announcing the outcome of the members survey so we can all see what talks and other events have been planned in line with the results.

The Christmas party is a ‘Bring & Share’ event so do please bring a plate of finger food to share. We usually have a really good spread of food and we hope to also have some ‘entertainment’ so lots of fun as well as some serious stuff.

Thursday 11th January – Evening Event – There will be an informal gathering at Warnford Hall at 7.30pm for tea and cake.  Please come along and talk about the ups and downs of your 2017 beekeeping year.
